Role: Manah Academy Program Co-ordinator(Part-Time)
Time Commitment
● 15 hours per week
● 2 hours per day Monday to Saturday (Flexible)
● Availability on Fridays (fixed) for webinar support
● Light weekend work (1-2 hours total) for content preparation (flexible
timing)
About the Role
This is not a typical social media or operations role.
You will be working to support the growth of Manah Academy, translating ideas into
content, conversations into conversions, and interest into meaningful participation.
The work sits at the intersection of:
● Mental health
● Learning/Training design
● Communication
● Community building
If done well, your work will directly influence how people learn, seek help, and
support others.
Core Responsibilities
1. Content Execution & Distribution
● Convert raw ideas and webinar recordings into:
○ Instagram reels
○ LinkedIn posts
○ WhatsApp messages
● Schedule and publish content across platforms
● Maintain consistency in tone, clarity, and posting rhythm
2. Lead Management & Conversion
● Track all incoming leads (webinars, DMs, forms)
● Follow up with:
○ Webinar attendees
○ Interested participants
● Respond to queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn
● Support and close course registrations
(This is a critical part of the role—not just coordination, but conversion.)
3. Webinar & Program Operations
● Set up webinar links, forms, and reminders
● Manage live webinar backend:
○ Attendance
○ Chat support
○ Recording
● Send post-webinar communication and resources
4. Course & Platform Support
● Generate, collate and upload course materials and resources
● Format assignments and documents for emails, PDFs etc
● Ensure smooth learner experience (pre and post training)
5. Systems & Tracking
● Maintain lead tracker (Google Sheets/CRM)
● Update status: interested / follow-up / converted
● Share weekly metrics:
○ Registrations
○ Conversions
○ Engagement insights
What This Role Requires
Must-Haves:
● Strong written and spoken communication skills
● Ability to understand tone and adapt writing (not generic content)
● High ownership and reliability
● Driven and the ability to work independently
● Comfort with following up and having conversion-oriented conversations
● Basic familiarity with:
○ Google Sheets
○ Instagram & LinkedIn posting
○ Zoom / webinar tools
● Interest in mental health / psychology
● Experience in content creation or social media
● Basic video editing skills (reels)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
