Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of leadership development programs, including planning, stakeholder coordination, progress monitoring, and delivery support. Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as facilitating communication among diverse stakeholders. The candidate will ensure project milestones are met and drive the successful implementation of tailored leadership systems for clients.

Qualifications

• Work experience of 4-8 years in large corporates
• Masters degree in Management (MBA) from a reputed institute
• Program management expertise, including project planning, execution, and delivery
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
• Stakeholder management and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in learning platforms, data analysis, and AI-driven tools is an advantage
• Experience in leadership development, coaching, or capability building programs
• Adaptability to work in dynamic environments and manage complex initiatives
