Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of leadership development programs, including planning, stakeholder coordination, progress monitoring, and delivery support. Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as facilitating communication among diverse stakeholders. The candidate will ensure project milestones are met and drive the successful implementation of tailored leadership systems for clients.
