Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Program Specialist. In this role, you will manage and execute programs by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of goals. Responsibilities include creating project plans, monitoring progress, analyzing data to assess program efficiency, providing training to stakeholders, and delivering excellent customer service. You will also collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide proactive solutions aligned with their needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management skills, including the ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor programs.
• Proficient Analytical Skills for assessing program performance, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.
• Excellent Communication skills to convey ideas clearly, collaborate with diverse teams, and provide accurate reporting.
• Experience in delivering Training and supporting stakeholders in adopting program processes and tools.
• Customer Service orientation to build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure program satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative on-site environment in Ahmedabad.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Familiarity with workflow automation systems or AI-driven platforms is advantageous.
