We at Verdantas, looking for Project Accounting Manager to join our team.

The Project Account Manager will support the project accounting and ERP system administration tasks under supervision to support accurate project setup, client data maintenance, billing readiness, and reporting for the Project Accounting team.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain promotional projects in the ERP system in accordance with company standards.
• Set up new clients in the ERP system and validate required information to ensure accurate billing and reporting.
• Support ad hoc project accounting initiatives, including data cleanup, data validation, data analytics and recurring or special reporting.
• Organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal and external enquiries via phone and email.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

Skills:

• ERP Systems: Working knowledge of labor-based ERP systems, Deltek Vantagepoint preferred.
• Technical Skills: Data entry, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and adaptability.
• Communication: Professional verbal and written communication; effective collaboration.

Education and Experience:

• Batchlors Degree or diploma required;
• associate degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
• 0 to 4 years of data entry or data management experience, preferably in a consulting services environment.
