Key initiatives such as Apna Ghar, Blood for Life, Patient Assistance Programs, and Emerging Initiatives, impacted over 6.9 million lives across thirty-one (31) States and Union territories. The CSR projects are operational through resolute regional and state teams working cohesively to design, implement, and scale up activities to deliver tangible outcomes. As part of its continued efforts, Foundation is looking to onboard compassionate and committed professionals for patient engagement and outreach activities. The role works closely with government and stakeholders as point of contact for Haemophilia Resource Centre (HRC).

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibility:

• Strengthen patient centric Haemophilia Resource Centre (HRC).
• Network with hospitals, clinicians, patient groups, and other stakeholders.
• Implement project activities in collaboration with governments & stakeholders.
• Coordinate finances, procurement, track spend and reconcile on regular basis.
• Lead impact documentation, media management, and visibility.

Qualifications

Qualification: Postgraduate in Social Work or Public Health, Sociology, Psychology of Social Sciences. Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of healthcare context, NCDs & rare disorders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
• Diligence in reporting and administrative matters.
• Skills in MS Office tools and numerical ability.
• Working knowledge in English and local language proficiency.

Experience

Experience: Two to Three Years. Salary and Benefits: Salary based on candidate’s experience / qualifications.
