We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator (Admin) – Onsite Role

Overview: RG Buildwell Engineers Limited is looking for a high-integrity, hands-on Project Coordinator (Admin) to support ongoing infrastructure/highway projects at site.

This is a field-intensive role requiring strong coordination skills and the ability to liaise with local authorities and government stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate between site teams and corporate office
• Manage project documentation (contracts, BOQs, approvals, reports)
• Liaise with local authorities, district administration & regulatory bodies
• Facilitate approvals, permissions, and on-ground clearances
• Track project progress, timelines, and key deliverables
• Prepare MIS reports and flag risks/delays
• Handle site-level admin and support project teams
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2–8 years experience in project coordination/admin roles
• Background in construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects preferred
• Strong government liaison experience at field level
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Chanderi/Panna
  

Strong Preference

• Experience in highway/road projects
• Familiarity with NHAI / PWD / EPC projects
• Ex-Servicemen (JCOs) from Corps of Engineers / MES / BRO / GREF
  

Important

This is a site-based role. Candidates must be comfortable working in on-ground project environments and handling local coordination.
