Job Overview

We are looking for a project coordinator who will work closely with internal teams and government officials to ensure successful delivery on our government partnership programs.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relations with key government officials and other relevant stakeholders in the ecosystem
• Implementation and end to end project delivery for large scale programs.
• Visiting different districts of the state to facilitate project delivery.
• Ensure identification, onboarding, and successful usage of students from the given project.
• Reporting to the leadership team and government officials on project progress and outcomes
• Document all inspiring success stories, efforts, challenges and internal & external discussions.

Graduation/ Post Graduation

Requirements

• Must be from Ri-Bhoi or nearby.
• Must have experience in Government relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, experience in building and engaging networks to action.
• Excellent command in writing, reading and spoken Hindi and English.
• Willingness to travel, including rural field visits.
• Should have a minimum of one year of project or client management experience.
• Should be comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior experience of working on government projects is an added advantage.
