Project engineer or Asst Project manager Full Time NEW

Role: Project engineer or Asst Project manager

Work Location: Delhi

Budget: 6-7 LPA max

Immediate Joiners preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall project lifecycle from concept to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, quality benchmarks, and budgets.

• Liaise with mall management and landlord authorities to obtain necessary fit-out approvals.

• Monitor project progress daily and maintain alignment with project timelines using MS Project & Excel.

• Conduct site visits for inspections (civil, architectural, and MEP) and prepare detailed reports.

• Review contractor payment claims, payment certificates, and project variations.

• Provide operational support during store pre-opening and project close-out.

• Ensure working drawings meet site execution requirements and develop BOQs for tendering purposes.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in retail or mall environments.

• Strong understanding of Architectural & MEP drawings and landlord guidelines.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under tight deadlines.
