Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will support the execution of cross-functional projects by tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring timely follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in Project Management, PMO, or Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, timelines, and status updates.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of action items.
• Assist in monitoring project progress against defined milestones.
• Support risk, issue, and dependency tracking and escalate concerns when required.
• Coordinate with teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, Growth, and Business Development.
• Schedule meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOMs), and track action-item closure.
• Create and maintain project reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Support leadership with project updates and data collection.
• Assist in process improvement and operational initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies

• 1-2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, PMO, Business Operations, Consulting, or related functions.
• Degree from a top-tier undergraduate college (Delhi University, DTU, NSUT,SRCC, etc)
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Eagerness to learn project management practices and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to reporting, dashboard creation, or MIS reporting.
• Internship or project experience involving stakeholder coordination and project tracking.
