Project Management – Service Specialist- Hyderabad Full Time

Position Summary

Join the PMO Hub team as a Services Specialist, Corporate Services, supporting key projects and operational priorities for leadership stakeholders. In this role, you will help coordinate project activities, develop leadership communications, and support executive-level operations across a dynamic business environment. This opportunity is well suited for a professional with experience in project management, analysis, and stakeholder support who can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and consistency.

Work you’ll do

As a Services Specialist, Corporate Services on the PMO Hub team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting PMO projects by tracking action items, timelines, deliverables, and progress
• Conducting strategic analysis and completing ad hoc assignments based on stakeholder needs
• Developing executive communications and PowerPoint presentations to support leadership operations
• Preparing meeting content, supporting stakeholder discussions, and documenting actions and summaries following meetings
• Supporting issue resolution by gathering data, framing issues, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking resolution plans
• Monitoring business priorities and external trends to help keep leadership content current and aligned

The team

The PMO Hub team is part of a core offshore hub set up to support the leadership teams. The leadership teams comprises teams that support the Executive leaders who are responsible for the strategic & operational.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations management, leadership communications, or consulting
• Experience supporting project planning, execution, risk management, issue management, status reporting, and stakeholder management
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations, meeting materials, and follow-up summaries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Experience with project management methodologies, including PRINCE2 or Agile

Preferred:

• Experience supporting leadership teams in a global organization
• Experience performing strategic analysis to support business or operational decisions
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, action items, and deadlines
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
