Job Title: Project Manager – Clinic Expansion
Salary: 10-15 LPA
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly ownership-driven professional to lead end-to-end execution of clinic construction projects. The person will be responsible for vendor finalization, commercial negotiations, project coordination, timeline tracking, and ensuring high-quality delivery of clinics within budget and timelines.
This role requires strong project management, vendor management, negotiation, and on-ground execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor Identification & Finalization
2. Identify and evaluate contractors, architects, interior vendors, MEP vendors, and other construction partners.
3. Float RFQs/RFPs and compare quotations across vendors.
4. Conduct commercial and technical evaluation of vendors.
5. Negotiate pricing, timelines, payment terms, penalties, and deliverables.
6. Finalize vendors in alignment with project budgets and quality expectations.
Project Execution & Coordination
1. Drive end-to-end clinic construction and fit-out projects.
2. Create detailed project timelines and milestone plans.
3. Coordinate with architects, civil contractors, electrical, HVAC, furniture, branding, and equipment vendors.
4. Ensure timely availability of materials and resources at site.
5. Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews.
Timeline & Quality Management
1. Track project progress against timelines and escalate delays proactively.
2. Ensure execution quality meets defined standards and specifications.
3. Monitor workmanship, finishing quality, safety, and compliance.
4. Ensure snag closure before project handover.
Stakeholder Management
1. Coordinate with internal teams including operations, procurement, finance, and founders.
2. Provide regular project updates, reports, and risk assessments.
3. Manage approvals, invoices, and vendor documentation.
Cost & Budget Control
1. Track project budgets and prevent cost overruns.
2. Validate vendor bills and payment milestones.
3. Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in project management, construction execution, interiors, or vendor management.
Experience in clinic, retail, office, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial fit-out projects preferred.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to independently drive multiple projects simultaneously.
High ownership mindset with strong follow-up and execution capability.
Comfortable with frequent site visits and on-ground coordination.
Should be open to frequent travel across Cities based on business requirements.
