Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager – IT & Peripherals AMC, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT and peripherals’ Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) projects for government clients. Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, coordinating between internal teams and external partners, ensuring project deliverables are met on time, managing budgets and risk assessments, and overseeing adherence to project standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage AMC projects for desktops, laptops, printers, UPS, networking equipment, etc.
• Coordinate with government clients and ensure smooth service delivery
• Lead and supervise field engineers and technical teams
• Monitor complaint resolution, preventive maintenance, and uptime
• Ensure SLA/KPI compliance as per contract terms
• Prepare and submit reports (monthly, quarterly, and audit-related)
• Handle escalation management and client communication
• Manage inventory, spare parts, and vendor coordination

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT hardware & networking
• Experience in handling Government AMC projects (preferred)
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Familiarity with ticketing systems / ITSM tools
• Ability to handle multiple sites and deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in GeM / Government Projects
• Experience in managing large-scale AMC contracts
• Local candidate preferred (Kolkata / West Bengal)

Salary:

• Negotiable (Based on experience and capability)
