Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management activities for new product development and manufacturing projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and Customers
- Track project timelines, risks, deliverables, and escalation management
- Drive NPI activities from concept to production launch
- Ensure adherence to APQP, PPAP, and customer requirements where applicable
- Conduct regular project review meetings and maintain project documentation
- Monitor project KPIs, budgets, schedules, and resource planning
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electronics / Industrial / Related field)
- 5–12 years of relevant project management experience in manufacturing, automotive, electronics, or connector industries
- Strong understanding of NPI/project lifecycle management
- Experience working with global or cross-functional teams
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/SAP tools
- PMP certification is an added advantage
