Role Description

The Project Manager/Plant Head/Operations Head/Engineering Head will oversee engineering projects, manage plant operations, and drive strategic initiatives to ensure smooth execution and efficiency. Responsibilities include project planning, expediting, inspection, logistics management, and team leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Vadodara Area. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals and uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Management, with the ability to lead projects from initiation to completion while ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Proficiency in Expediting and Inspection processes to ensure quality compliance and adherence to schedules.
• Experience in Logistics Management, including supply chain coordination and efficient handling of materials and resources.
• Proven leadership and team-management skills to oversee plant and engineering operations effectively.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the food manufacturing or engineering industry will be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment.
