Role Description

This is a onbce in 3days on-site position for a Project Manager PMC (Retirement Home Project) based in Valavoor, Palai at Kottayam Kerala. The Project Manager will oversee the execution of the premium Retirement Home project in accordance with the time line derived upon interpretation of Architectural, Structural and other aspects pertaining to site condition etc. and to address any challenges that arise during the course of the project.

Qualifications

• Experience : 3 to 10 years
• Qualification : BE/B Tech (Civil)/Diplom i Civil Engg with ample PMC Experience

Responsibilities:

Site Supervision and project coordination

Contractor and Vendor Management

Coordination with Arc hitects and consultants

Salary : INR between Rs. 30000/ and Rs. 35000/- pm

Desired Experience : Experience in Residential, Industrial, Healthcare or PMC projects will be preferred
