Job Description

Responsible for the institutions management, Fundraising, Liaison/ public relations, income generation activities under the project. Ensure effective and smooth functioning of the project related to the Women Empowerment activities to be carried out under the project.

Responsibilities

•Coordinate and oversee to project deliverables in timely manner

•Conduct participatory rural appraisals (PRA) and engage stakeholders for the Women Empowerment

•Develop marketing strategies and operational plans for Women Empowerment activities under the project

•Prepare annual project budget, monitoring all project activities related to the Women empowerment

•Introduce innovate ideas and concepts to enhance the Foundation’s value and services quality in all covered village

•Identify and implement specific training needs for the field team, Focusing on capacity building. Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
