Project Owner Full Time

Wytti is a B2B content and storytelling studio working with brands across technology, manufacturing, finance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise services. We create multi format content across strategy, LinkedIn, blogs, video, podcasts, events, thought leadership, and campaign led storytelling.

We are looking for a Project Owner who can take complete ownership of client projects, move work across teams smoothly, protect timelines, improve quality, and make sure every project reaches the finish line with clarity and confidence.

Role Overview

The Project Owner will act as the central person responsible for managing client projects from brief to delivery. This role requires strong communication, planning, coordination, problem solving, and editorial understanding. The role is remote in nature and requires 4-5 hours of your time on weekdays. 

You will work closely with clients, writers, designers, video teams, editors, freelancers, and the leadership team to ensure that every project is delivered on time, with the right quality, and without chaos.

This is not a passive coordination role. We are looking for someone who can think ahead, ask the right questions, spot gaps early, push work forward, and take responsibility for outcomes. They should also showcase high learnability with the desire to experiment with latest and upcoming AI tools for content creation. 

Key Responsibilities

• Own client projects from brief to final delivery
• Create timelines, trackers, task lists, and delivery plans
• Coordinate with writers, designers, video editors, freelancers, and clients
• Convert vague briefs into clear action points
• Track feedback, approvals, deadlines, and deliverables
• Review work before client delivery for quality, accuracy, formatting, and brief alignment
• Manage day to day client communication and expectation setting
• Identify bottlenecks early and solve them without waiting for escalation
• Maintain organized folders, documents, trackers, and project records
• Support content creation, design, copywriting, basic creatives, social media posts, or ad execution when required
• Actively experiment with AI tools for writing, design, content creation, research, ideation, editing, and workflow improvement

AI and Content Expectations

The ideal candidate should:

• Have high learnability and curiosity around AI tools
• Have original thinking as the fuel while being comfortable using AI tools for refinement, research, ideation, design support, presentations, campaign planning, and productivity
• Experiment with and bring useful workflows into the team
• Be hands on when needed, this means the Project Owner should be able to write, design basic assets, create content, make simple edits, or run ads using AI enabled tools
• Understand that this is not only a coordination role. It is an ownership role that requires creative problem solving and execution ability

Skills Required

• Strong project management and ownership mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good understanding of content, design, video, social media, and digital marketing workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Strong follow up discipline and attention to detail
• Basic editorial and creative judgment
• Comfort with remote work and async collaboration
• Ability to stay calm during changing timelines, unclear briefs, and high pressure situations
• Openness to learning, experimenting, and improving processes continuously

Preferred Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, client servicing, content operations, creative operations, digital marketing, or agency coordination
• Experience in a content agency, creative agency, digital marketing agency, video production company, or B2B marketing setup preferred
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Slack, Canva, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, or similar tools will be useful
