Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high-quality standards in project documentation? We are looking for a Project Quality Documentation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across project documentation.

📌 Role: Project Quality Documentation Specialist

💼 Experience: 2–5 Years

💰 Salary: 4–8 LPA

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Create, review, and maintain quality documents (SOPs, QA plans, reports, audit records)

✔️ Ensure compliance with ISO standards and client requirements

✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for documentation accuracy

✔️ Manage version control and document lifecycle

✔️ Support internal & external audits

✔️ Track quality metrics and improve documentation processes

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in quality/project documentation or QA processes

✅ Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar standards

✅ Hands-on with tools like MS Word, Excel, SharePoint

✅ Strong attention to detail & organizational skills

✨ Nice to Have:

➕ Experience in IT / Engineering / Manufacturing domains

➕ Familiarity with audits & compliance documentation

➕ Exposure to Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
