Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules across the entire lifecycle of real estate and construction projects.
Apply Critical Path Method (CPM) for accurate planning, sequencing, and milestone tracking.
Perform And Analyze Earned Value Management (EVM) Metrics, Including
Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV), Actual Cost (AC)
Cost Variance (CV), Schedule Variance (SV)
Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI)
Estimate at Completion (EAC), To Complete Performance Index (TCPI)
Lead live project tracking using Microsoft Project (MSP) in collaboration with management teams.
Conduct regular schedule updates, analysis, and reporting for large-scale and luxury township projects.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, on-site managers, consultants, and clients for daily schedule updates and alignment.
Identify risks, delays, and optimization opportunities within project timelines.

PERT Charts
Resource Management Matrix
Cost Structure Matrix
Risk Register Matrix
Support project planning, phasing strategies, and resource allocation.
Integrate Microsoft Project data with Excel using tools such as Export Wizard.
Job Expectations
Required Skiils:
PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification preferred.
Strong Proficiency In
Microsoft Project (MSP)
Microsoft Excel
Primavera (P6)
Minimum 5+ years of scheduling experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MSP).
At least 1+ year of experience with Primavera P6.
Strong understanding of construction operations, project management, and scheduling methodologies.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Equivalent construction experience (10+ years) will also be considered.
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
