Position: Project CoordinatorJob Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage coordination between clients, engineers, vendors, and internal teams for Door2fy operations across India.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, operational understanding, excellent follow-up abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination

• Coordinate project requirements and execution with clients.
• Manage project scheduling, planning, and task allocation.
• Ensure timely project execution and successful closure.
• Track ongoing activities and monitor project timelines.

Engineer & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with PAN India engineers and vendor partners.
• Assign engineers based on project scope, location, and availability.
• Ensure field teams clearly understand project deliverables.
• Monitor execution quality and adherence to timelines.

Client Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
• Handle calls, emails, WhatsApp communication, and follow-ups.
• Share quotations, execution plans, and project updates.
• Manage operational escalations and resolve client concerns promptly.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain project trackers, records, and operational reports.
• Update project status reports regularly.
• Ensure proper documentation and communication records are maintained.
• Generate execution summaries and closure reports.

Operational Support

• Resolve coordination challenges during project execution.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between clients, engineers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Drive accountability and workflow efficiency.
• Support overall operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
