Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Property Advisor. The Property Advisor will handle property management tasks, assist clients with residential property investments, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include providing guidance to clients, analyzing market trends, and facilitating property transactions to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Property Management and real estate transactions
• Understanding of Investments and Finance principles in the real estate market
• Proactive problem-solving and client relationship management abilities
• Familiarity with the current real estate market in Chennai is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field is preferred
