Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the residence at Stanza Living, ensuring top-notch service quality and smooth functioning.
• Lead and coordinate a team of Housekeeping and Security professionals, and collaborate with vendors for seamless operations at Stanza Living.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery in key areas such as Food, Housekeeping, Security, Internet, Laundry, and Social events.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact for residents, addressing queries and ensuring effective communication between students, parents, and management.
• Maintain accurate records, checklists, and data entries to ensure efficient property management at Stanza Living.
• Actively participate in sales activities, representing Stanza Living and successfully converting provided leads.
• Provide on-ground support during emergencies and manage critical situations promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to oversee property repairs and maintenance, ensuring that all issues are addressed quickly.
• Ensure there are no food shortages and find solutions as necessary to meet residents’ needs.

Requirements

• Willingness to relocate and stay within the property premises of Stanza Living.
• A background in hospitality or housekeeping is required for the Property Manager position at Stanza Living.
• Freshers and experienced candidates from a hospitality background are encouraged to apply.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for addressing resident needs and working with various stakeholders at Stanza Living.
• Ability to handle emergencies and manage property operations efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and ensuring high standards of service quality at Stanza Living.
