Roles & Responsibilities :

• Acquire & Manage Affiliates / Affiliate Network relationships.
• Responsible for 360-degree digital advertising sales including Affiliate Sales, Affiliate/publisher Acquisition.
• Grow revenue through different campaigns including CPL, CPI, CPA, CPV, CPS campaigns.
• Deliver weekly progress, revenue and activity reports for all clients.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital & affiliate marketing trends
• Collaborate with the creative teams to create digital marketing material.
• Research and source Branding & Performance campaigns
• Work with the Sales & Delivery Teams to ensure efficient delivery of the campaigns.
• Monitor offer & affiliate reports (Vertical) to ensure quality delivery
• Manage existing or newly acquired publisher/affiliates.
• Work across the teams & deliver the required ROI in the campaigns.
• Promote the affiliate channel and opportunity across the industry.

Requirements :

• Work with publishers to understand their objectives to develop and run digital marketing campaigns through them. This would entail building on our insights, crafting plans, strategy, creative and measurement recommendations. In short, work as the publisher/affiliate as ‘success’ manager.
• Stay in touch with top clients for feedback and scale up opportunity.
• Provide dedicated account management to top publisher, to develop, manage, optimize, and support strategic account plans, and leverage data to create business solutions for clients.
• Develop vertical expertise, including industry research and perspective, to drive overall business objectives and marketing solutions for advertisers.
• Build key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, and be seen as a key person in shaping digital advertising roadmaps, platform strategy.
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Endure timely release of publisher payments.
• Prioritize offer execution strategy on the basis of revenue potential.
