Anand Desai Law Firm (www.CallDesai.com, IG: Lawdesai) is a fast-growing personal injury law firm based in Los Angeles, California. Our firm represents individuals who have been injured in accidents and helps them recover compensation for their injuries.
We are known for providing exceptional service, honest representation, and clear communication with our clients. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Punjabi and Hindi-speaking professional based in Punjab, India to help communicate with Punjabi and Hindi speaking clients and assist our legal team with case coordination.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with an international law firm and build a long-term professional career. We are not looking for an just an interpreter, we are looking for individuals that will help us manage cases. No US Legal experience required. A positive attitude, dedication, and strong commitment to the firm and its clients is required.
Position Overview
The Punjabi-Speaking Client Case Coordinator will serve as a bridge between our law firm and Punjabi-speaking clients. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, professionalism, and the ability to keep cases organized.
You will assist with client communication, case follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with our legal team in California.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with Punjabi-speaking clients by phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Explain case updates and answer client questions in a clear and professional manner
- Translate conversations between Punjabi and English when needed
- Follow up with clients regarding medical treatment and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of communications and case progress
- Assist the legal team with administrative case tasks
- Ensure clients feel supported and informed throughout the process
- Help build strong relationships with Punjabi community members who may need legal assistance
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Punjabi and English (spoken and written)
- Based in Punjab, India
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and online systems
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks responsibly
- Must work Los Angeles, California Hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients
- Experience in customer service, call center, legal support, or client coordination
- Experience translating between Punjabi and English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Work Schedule
- Full-time remote position
- U.S. Pacific Time business hours. Monday-Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM (Los Angeles)
Compensation
- ₹90,000 – ₹150,000 per month (depending on experience)
