PURCHASE EXECUTIVE/ ASSISTANT PURCHASE MANAGER
LOCATION :GURGAON
INDUSTRY : BEAUTY/ COSMETICS/ FMCG/PERSONAL CARE /FRAGRANCE
As a Purchase Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring all purchase activities. What you will do: – Planning of purchase requirements as per manufacturing schedule/purchase indent – Controlling budgets – Managing and developing vendors – Managing inventory – Managing ongoing supplier relationships – Preparing reports on purchases, including cost analyses – Negotiating with supplier for economical pricing for best quality material
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Ø Candidates should speak the local language.
Ø Graduation is required.
Ø Should have at-least 3–4-year Experience.
Ø Pharma/Cosmetic Industry/ Beauty/ FMCG/ Personal Care/ Fragrance
Ø Good in negotiations skill
Ø Good MS office proficiency
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Hands on experience in Material, Packaging Material & Consumables items.
Ø Well versed about P2P process (Procurement to Pay)
Ø Developing new Vendors and maintain good relationship &maintaining Documentation etc.
Ø Price negotiation and costing of packaging material and raw material.
Ø Good knowledge about Supply Chain Management & process Contracts & vendor management and to track and measure vendor performance.
Ø Verify vendor documents and approve for payments.
Ø Materials Management
Ø Liaising skill with internals & external customers (inter department & vendors)
Ø Knowledge Of ERP, SAP & Marg. will be added value.10. Data & File Management.
- To perform data analysis and find out control parameters.
- To plan, coordinate, manage operational and technical responsibilities of purchase function.
- Devising good sourcing strategies.
- Work with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practices in procurement.
Ø Guide, monitor and follow up with vendors before delivery and after receipt of materials.
Ø Re-evaluate existing price and find better price possibilities regularly.
