Role Description

We are seeking a Purchase Executive (contract) to support and manage the procurement needs of our operations. This is a contract job, on-site role based in Mumbai Kandivali Press. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for handling purchase orders, processing purchase requisitions, managing procurement processes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role requires maintaining an efficient vendor relationship, ensuring compliance with company procurement policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and other procurement documents is essential.
• Experience in Purchase Management and Procurement processes.
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and an understanding of vendor negotiations and management.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Prior experience in procurement or purchasing is a plus.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools is desirable.
