Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive who will handle procurement of all marketing and branding materials. The role involves vendor sourcing, cost optimization, and ensuring timely availability of high-quality promotional items to support brand and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Procure marketing materials such as:

  * POSM (standees, danglers, glow signs, posters)

  * Merchandise (t-shirts, caps, glassware, gift packs)

  * Event & activation materials

* Identify, develop, and manage vendors/suppliers

* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines

* Ensure quality control and brand guideline compliance

* Coordinate with marketing & sales teams for requirements

* Track inventory and manage stock of promotional materials

* Handle purchase orders, invoices, and documentation

* Optimize cost without compromising on quality
