Purchase Order Clerk Full Time

• Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per production and operational requirements.
• Procure furniture raw materials such as plywood, MDF, particle board, laminates, veneers, solid wood, hardware, adhesives, and packaging materials.
• Identify and develop new vendors and maintain relationships with existing suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
• Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements for management approval.
• Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts departments regarding material requirements and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Verify purchase invoices and ensure compliance with approved purchase orders.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
• Ensure quality standards and specifications are met by suppliers.
• Handle vendor performance evaluation and issue resolution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
