Role Description

We are seeking a Purchase Executive to join our team immediately on a full-time basis. This on-site position is based in Vasai. The Purchase Executive will handle purchase orders, manage purchase requisitions, ensure timely procurement to meet operational needs, and maintain accurate records of purchases. Effective coordination with suppliers and internal teams will be an integral part of daily responsibilities. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in handling Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and managing Purchase Management processes.
• Proficiency in Procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, price negotiations, and inventory management.
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management abilities.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in purchase or procurement, preferably in the electronic components industry.
• Educational background in Electronics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of Electronic components, relevant tools and software for purchase and inventory management is an added advantage.
• Ability to adapt and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
