Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Purchasing Assistant. The Purchasing Assistant will support procurement activities by managing purchase orders, assisting with purchasing processes, and ensuring efficient procurement operations. The role also requires effective communication with suppliers and internal teams to maintain clear processes and ensure timely delivery of materials. Additional responsibilities may involve record-keeping, vendor management, and coordination with cross-functional departments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and general Purchasing activities
• Hands-on experience with Procurement and vendor management
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and colleagues
• Organizational and time-management skills to ensure task efficiency
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with the technical and operational aspects of ELV systems is a plus
