QMS & QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Quality & Internal Audit Executive who will be responsible for maintaining audit documentation, SOP preparation, production records, document control, and ensuring organizational compliance. The candidate should have experience in audit documentation and quality systems and be capable of independently managing documentation activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review and maintain SOPs, policies, formats and work instructions
• Maintain quality and production-related documents
• Handle internal and external audit documentation requirements
• Ensure document control and revision management
• Prepare CAPA documentation and follow-up actions
• Coordinate with departments for documentation requirements
• Maintain audit readiness of all records
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and systems
• Maintain training records and documentation files

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any relevant degree
• Experience: 2–5 years in manufacturing / quality documentation / audit compliance
• Internal Auditor Certification preferred
• Experience in SOP drafting and audit documentation mandatory
• Candidates from Manufacturing / Textile / Healthcare Manufacturing industry preferred
• Good knowledge of documentation control and audit systems
• Good MS Excel and Word skills
