Responsibilities:

1. Review client interaction recordings and documentation to ensure adherence to prescribed guidelines.

2. Ensure accurate and complete documentation across client journeys (onboarding, assessment, ongoing reviews).

3. Track timeliness and responsiveness in client issue resolution.

4. Provide structured feedback to delivery leads on quality gaps and strengths.

5. Track and report performance trends, flagging early signals of dissatisfaction or potential drop-offs

6. Collaborate with delivery leads to ensure best practices are being followed across all client journeys.

7. Maintain audit logs, quality dashboards, and performance trends.

8. Share regular reports highlighting key gaps, strengths, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, Healthcare Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in QA, client success, or service delivery roles.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, training, and delivery teams to drive continuous improvement
• High level of professionalism and work discipline.
