Quality Assurance Officer Feed Mill Full Time NEW

To ensure effective implementation of quality assurance systems in the feed mill by monitoring raw materials, production processes, and finished products, ensuring compliance with defined quality standards and regulatory requirements.

1. Raw Material Quality Assurance

• Supervise inspection and sampling of incoming raw materials
• Verify quality parameters before material acceptance
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors on quality deviations

2. Process Quality Control

• Monitor critical control points (CCPs) during batching, mixing, pelleting, and packing
• Ensure adherence to formulation and production standards
• Identify process deviations and initiate corrective actions

3. Finished Goods Quality

• Ensure testing and release of finished feed products
• Verify nutritional parameters as per formulation
• Approve or hold/reject finished goods based on results

4. Laboratory Operations

• Oversee laboratory testing (proximate analysis, moisture, etc.)
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of lab equipment
• Validate test reports and maintain accuracy of results

5. Quality Systems & Compliance

• Implement and maintain QA systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and company quality standards
• Support internal/external audits and ensure audit readiness

6. Documentation & MIS

• Maintain batch records, QC logs, and test reports
• Prepare daily/weekly quality MIS reports
• Track deviations and ensure closure of CAPA

7. Team Coordination

• Guide QA technicians and lab assistants
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and stores teams
• Conduct training on quality and hygiene practices

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
