Role Description

This full-time, on-site Quality Officer position is based in North Goa. The Quality Officer will ensure the highest standards of quality in all healthcare services by developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control and management processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting quality audits, analyzing data for continuous improvement, collaborating with teams to maintain regulatory compliance, and developing strategies to enhance service outcomes. The role also involves proactive communication with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Auditing to maintain and improve service standards
• Strong Analytical Skills for data evaluation, measuring performance, and identifying areas of improvement
• Experience in Quality Management to design, implement, and assess quality frameworks and protocols
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate across teams and ensure standards are clearly understood and followed
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Knowledge of healthcare industry quality standards and regulations is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, quality management, or a related field; certifications in quality standards are an asset
