Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Surveyor located in Kurnool. The responsibilities of the Quality Surveyor include assessing project requirements, performing cost estimation, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role involves collaboration with project teams to monitor timelines, progress, and budgets. The Quality Surveyor will also assess materials, labor costs, and evaluate contractor performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in cost estimation, budgeting, and managing financial aspects of projects
• Experience in quality assessment and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards
• Proficiency in data analysis, preparation of reports, and maintaining accurate project documentation
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with contractors and team members
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and labor management is required
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools for calculations and project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Certification in cost management or project management is an advantage
