Role Description
1. Business Development & Account Management
• Identify, onboard, and manage key accounts within the quick commerce ecosystem
• Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and category expansion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and vendors
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate commercial terms
2. Category Ownership
• Own and manage assigned product categories end-to-end
• Analyze category performance and implement strategies to improve sales, margins, and
visibility
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, merchandising, pricing) to optimize category
performance
3. Operations & Supply Chain Management
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across quick commerce platforms
• Manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment cycles
• Coordinate with supply chain, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure high service levels
• Monitor stock availability, order fulfillment rates, and delivery timelines
4. Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and platform representatives
• Resolve operational issues and escalations in a timely manner
5. Negotiation & Commercial Strategy
• Lead negotiations with partners on pricing, margins, and promotional activities• Plan and execute joint business plans with platforms to maximize growth
• Optimize trade spends and ROI on promotions
