Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track Purchase Orders (PO) across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart
Ensure timely PO processing, dispatch, and fulfillment coordination
Create, update, and optimize product listings on all quick commerce platforms
Maintain accurate product details (pricing, images, descriptions, inventory)
Plan, execute, and optimize ads & promotional campaigns on these platforms
Monitor campaign performance (CTR, conversions, ROI) and improve results
Track daily sales and prepare performance reports
Coordinate with platform account managers for growth and issue resolution
Monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Operational knowledge with inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in analytics, performance reports, and using relevant software
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency and process improvements
- Prior experience in e-commerce or quick commerce platforms is a plus
- Relevant academic background or certification in supply chain, e-commerce, or business operations
- Experience in handling health or wellness products is advantageous but not mandatory
