Responsibilities

• Review and analyze process to deliver the BEST Revenue capture with lowest collection time ratio. Own team metrics, Quality, and Process. Troubleshoot, Train and Review RCM operations continuously.
• Recruit, Train, and Mentor team members. Lead team with influence rather authority. Build strong work ethics and maintain good work culture in team. Be an expert to guide team with Credentialing, US Medical billing, AR collection and Payment Recovery scenarios.
• Work collaboratively with corporate leaders to recommend staffing, team management, and client management. Work and influence cross functional teams by expertise, and strong work ethics.

Requirements

• MBA or higher education in finance preferred. Equivalent work experience can be considered.
• Over 10 years of experience in RCM operations are required.
• Ability to Guide and influence cross functional teams with data.
• Person must be willing to Attend meetings/video conference during US shift (5:00 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST) everyday Mon-Fri.

Core Competencies

• CCM/RPM CPT codes, billing rules, and payer policies
• EMR systems supporting CCM/RPM workflows (Epic, Athena, eCW, NextGen, or similar)
• Contract analysis, reimbursement modeling, and variance resolution
• Strategic leadership with a strong compliance and revenue focus
• Executive communication and payer negotiation skills
