Role Description This is a full-time, on-site RCM role based in Ghaziabad. The RCM professional will manage end-to-end revenue cycle activities, including patient registration validation, charge entry, claims creation, and submission to payers. Responsibilities include monitoring claim status, handling denials and rejections, posting payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding receivables. The role also involves verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to payer-specific guidelines and regulatory requirements. The team member will collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues, suggest process improvements, and support the integration of automation tools within the RCM workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management processes (patient registration, charge entry, billing, collections, denial management, and payment posting).
• Familiarity with healthcare billing systems, practice management software, and exposure to automation or RPA-enabled workflows is an advantage.
• Understanding of medical insurance, payer rules, coding concepts (ICD, CPT, HCPCS at a basic level), and healthcare compliance guidelines.
• Proficient in data entry, documentation accuracy, and use of spreadsheets or other basic office productivity tools.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and, when required, external stakeholders such as payers or client representatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities with attention to detail and a focus on meeting turnaround time and quality targets.
• Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage time effectively, and contribute positively in a team-based environment.
• Prior experience in healthcare RCM or medical billing is preferred; a diploma or degree in healthcare, finance, business, or a related field is beneficial.
