Receptionist/HR Administrator Full Time NEW

A. Front Office Management

· Manage reception desk and ensure professional appearance at all times

· Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors courteously

· Maintain visitor entry register and issue gate passes (if applicable)

B. Call Handling

· Answer and direct incoming calls promptly

· Maintain call records and ensure proper message communication

· Handle internal communication efficiently

C. Visitor Management

· Coordinate with departments for visitor appointments

· Ensure visitor safety and compliance with company policies

· Maintain visitor log records (manual or digital)

D. Administrative Support

· Manage courier, dispatch, and postal activities

· Maintain records of inward/outward documents

· Support HR/Admin in daily operational tasks

E. Office Coordination

· Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams

· Ensure cleanliness and discipline in reception area

· Monitor availability of office supplies

· F. Documentation & Record Keeping

· Maintain registers (visitor, courier, calls)

· Ensure proper filing and record accuracy

· Assist in basic data entry work

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹24,016.42 per month
