🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a recruiter who can handle end-to-end hiring for Sales, Business Development, and other non-tech roles, with a strong focus on quick closures and quality profiles.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing → screening → closure)
- Work on Sales / SaaS / IT services roles
- Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen candidates for role fit, communication, and intent
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and immediate joiners
- Ensure quick turnaround time on open positions
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Experience in non-tech / sales hiring
- Understanding of B2B sales roles (SaaS / IT services preferred)
- Strong sourcing skills on Naukri & LinkedIn
- Ability to screen candidates effectively (not just share CVs)
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work on multiple roles with tight deadlines
⚡ Good to Have
- Experience in a recruitment consultancy
- Exposure to fast closures / bulk hiring
- Understanding of market intelligence (salary, notice period, availability)
