About the Role

We are looking for experienced Recruiters and Team Lead to support hiring for US based IT & Engineering roles working exclusively with Direct Clients and MSP/VMS models. This role demands strong delivery ownership, quality submissions and client-centric execution.

Recruiter:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Engineering roles
• Work on Direct Client and MSP/VMS requirements only
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and Boolean search
• Screen and submit qualified candidates within turnaround time
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure successful starts
• Maintain pipeline, trackers, and consistent delivery metrics

Team Lead (Additional):

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of US recruiters
• Ensure SLA adherence for Direct Client & MSP accounts
• Review submissions and improve quality & conversion ratios
