Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Coordinator located in Varanasi. The Recruitment Coordinator will play a critical role in managing the recruitment lifecycle, including identifying talent needs, coordinating interviews, and supporting candidates through the hiring process. Duties include fostering excellent relationships with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining effective communication, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience with recruitment systems or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in using business software and technology for communication and data management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
