What You’ll Own

This is a high-ownership recruiting role focused on outcomes, not just coordination.

• Own end-to-end hiring for both tech and non-tech roles (engineering, product, sales, operations, support, etc.)
• Build strong pipelines via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and outbound sourcing
• Manage and drive output from external recruitment consultants/agencies
• Conduct structured screening calls across diverse role types
• Partner closely with founders on hiring strategy, prioritization, and role definition
• Ensure fast closures with high candidate quality
• Track pipeline metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment across tech + non-tech roles
• Proven ability to hire across functions in fast-paced/startup environments
• Experience working with recruitment agencies/consultants
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, etc.)
• Ability to understand both technical roles (engineering/product) and business roles (sales/ops)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• High ownership mindset — you are accountable for closures

• Location: NCR (in-office)
• Work Mode: Work From Office
• Shift: Rotational login at 3 PM / 6 PM / 9 PM
