Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and interviewers.
- Communicate with candidates via calls and emails regarding interview details and updates.
- Manage calendars, reschedule interviews, and handle interview logistics.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers using Excel.
- Support the recruitment team with daily hiring operations.
- Assist in solving scheduling and coordination challenges efficiently.
- Be available on weekends for coordination activities and ATS management.
