Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiting role located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. The role involves collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, maintaining recruitment metrics, and implementing effective sourcing strategies. Additionally, the Recruiter will contribute to employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Talent Sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms
- Strong Interviewing, Candidate Assessment, and Selection skills
- Experience in building and managing Talent Pipelines
- Knowledge of Recruitment Metrics and Employer Branding strategies
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
- Adaptability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing or allied industries is a plus
