Reformer Pilates Instructor Full Time

We’re hiring a Reformer Pilates Instructor at IGNITE+ALIIGN in Bengaluru.

We’re looking for instructors who bring precision, strong movement understanding, presence, and professionalism into the room.

At IGNITE+ALIIGN, we’re building a modern wellness experience centered around intentional movement, elevated design, recovery, and community. This is a space designed for high-quality teaching and meaningful member experiences.

Requirements:

• Certified in Reformer Pilates

• STOTT Pilates certification preferred

• Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and movement mechanics

• Experience conducting private and group Reformer sessions

• Ability to confidently work with beginners as well as experienced clients

• Excellent communication and cueing skills

• Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading Reformer Pilates classes and private sessions

• Delivering safe, technically strong, engaging sessions

• Supporting members with form, alignment, and progression

• Contributing to a premium, welcoming studio experience
