Job Description
DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Regional Assistant Manager – Key Accounts, located in India
A highly critical and visible position within the Growth capabilities team that is responsible for creating an accelerated focus on value-based, innovative win-win solutions that extend beyond pricing and products, aiming for a competitive advantage through effective negotiations and long-term partnership. The role involves building a market-competitive ecosystem of partners, both commercial and educational, driven by market needs, including but not limited to localization. This role also includes working in collaboration with the business unit heads, and the finance team on revenue assurance and gross margin improvement initiatives.
Responsible for achieving scale by expanding our universe of strategic accounts in South and getting to our top 100 customers who contribute around 60-80% of our business over a period of 2-3 years.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
