Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Regional Business Head to lead and manage strategic business operations in the Kochi region. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires expertise across business development, strategy execution, operational management, and team leadership. The Regional Business Head will oversee regional performance, drive revenue growth, develop new market opportunities, establish partnerships, and manage client relationships. Additionally, the role involves leading and mentoring a team to achieve regional business objectives, aligning them with the company’s mission and broader strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Business Strategy and Development: Strong expertise in business planning, market analysis, growth strategy, and forging strategic partnerships.
• Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships, stakeholder engagement, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
• Operational Excellence: Experience in process optimization, resource management, and ensuring delivery of performance metrics.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of consulting, digital transformation, branding, and managed services is an asset.
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to articulate business goals and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at analyzing market trends, overcoming challenges, and implementing effective solutions.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: Extensive professional experience in business leadership, with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and successfully managing regional operations.
