Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Human Resources professional based in Coimbatore. The position involves overseeing HR operations for the region, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with local laws and organizational standards. Responsibilities also include personnel management, supporting recruitment, developing HR strategies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments to ensure smooth HR processes and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) best practices and principles
• Experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and related programs
• Strong skills in Personnel Management, including recruitment and employee development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage employee relations
• Working knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in regional HR operations or similar roles is preferred
